Bob Dylan. Real name is Robert Allen Zimmerman. Born on May 24, 1941, in Duluth, Minnesota, USA. His current age is 83 (2024) years.

He is a well-known singer, songwriter, composer, disc jockey. A poet, writer and painter at the same time. Established as one of the leading men in American popular music for more than five decades from the 1960s.

Many of Bob Dylan's greatest works were written in the 1960s. At the time, he was considered a symbol of American unrest. Some of his songs, such as "Blowin' in the Wind" and "The Times They Are a-Changin'" became popular as anti-war national anthems.

Considered a symbol of the American civil rights movement of 1955-1968. His latest album, Christmas In The Heart, was released in 2009. Rolling Stone magazine subsequently honored it as album of the year. On October 13, 2016, the Swedish Academy announced him as the winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature. He is the world's first songwriter to be awarded the Nobel Prize. He has sold more than 10 million records so far.
